What a week on tap.....

What a blessing it is to be a child of the King of Kings! He is truly so good to us! We have a lot to look forward to over the upcoming days. Friday night / Saturday morning Paula and I are taking a concealed weapons permit class together. Friday night will be classroom time with Saturday morning shooting time. I have never been shooting with her and I am looking forward to it greatly. After class we will pick the girls up and drive to East Millinocket so I can preach at Tri-Town Baptist Church on Sunday. I can not wait to open up that old black King James Bible and preach from the awe-inspiring, inerrant, infallible, incredible Word of God! Next week we will be spending some time with Pastor Jeff Faggart, the director of the Baptist History Preservation Society. I am not sure where we will be going, but I will have a chance to visit some very important Baptist landmarks in the state of Maine. Pastor Faggart is even going to preach for us on Wednesday night at Church Hill Baptist! What a week it will be! Glory to God!

Looking forward to a full day of service for the Lord! I praise God for His call! He does not have to use us, he chooses to use us. Amen!
God gave a great day yesterday! I ran my full route and was home by 4. My wife and kids met me with a great chicken dinner. What a blessing! God is good!

A great Lord's day!

What a blessed day today at Church Hill Baptist Church! We had a great morning service, with great preaching out of the book of Nahum. The message was titled "The Sound of Victory". Pastor Wiley "flung er' down" and let er' rip. At the end of the service we had one lady walk the aisle and trust Christ as her Saviour! Amen! There's one more that the devil won't get. Tonight the title of the message was "What came first, the chicken or the egg". I was downstairs in AWANA so I did not hear the message but I will listen asap! This week we have class on Tuesday night (Bible Doctrines), Prayer meeting on Wednesday, Class as well as the Ladies Bible Study on Thursday night! How AWESOME it is to be busy about the Lord's business!
